Contractors J Mould have been appointed with the task of identifying, removing and backfilling existing underground slabs and previous foundations. Underlying services unearthed in this process will be capped and removed, together with any external drainage and manholes. The area will be backfilled with crushed materials reused from the site to reduce vehicle movements and finally levelled off to complete the works.
